Terms of service
These terms govern use of EzzyCheck’s software and services by hotels and authorised staff.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using EzzyCheck, the hotel or organisation ("Customer") agrees to these Terms with EzzyCheck Technologies Pvt. Ltd. If you are accepting on behalf of a Customer, you represent that you have authority to bind that Customer.
2. The service
EzzyCheck provides digital guest verification, register, and related compliance tooling as described in the order form, pilot agreement, or pricing plan. Features may evolve; material reductions to paid plans will be communicated in advance where practicable.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate hotel operations
- Configure staff access carefully and keep credentials confidential
- Ensure guest notices and consents required under applicable law are presented as needed
- Remain responsible for statutory filings and local police requirements even when EzzyCheck assists with preparation
4. Pilots
Free or discounted pilots are limited-term evaluations. Continuance on a paid plan after the pilot is optional and requires an order or subscription confirmation.
5. Data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy & DPDP notice. Customer retains ownership of its guest and property data; EzzyCheck receives a licence to host and process it to provide the service.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering for competitive misuse, no probing beyond authorised security research, and no use that harms guests, hotels, or the integrity of verification rails.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EzzyCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid by Customer for the service in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. proven wilful misconduct).
