Data deletion

Guests and operators can request deletion. Lawful register and Form C retention may limit what we can erase immediately.

How requests work

  1. Submit the form with enough detail to locate the record.
  2. We verify the request (guest identity or authorised hotel contact).
  3. We delete or anonymise eligible data, and tell you what must remain for legal retention.
